Nina Garcia Summer Box #NGQ03

I finally received my Nina Garcia box! I've canceled all other boxes for now and only get this one..... I'm not quite as excited about this one as I was about her past two, but there's still plenty in here that I like and will use! Her theme this time was kind of summer, beach, and Brazil.

First up is this Spenglish Muito Cool Baseball Cap..... I'll be trying to sell or give this away..... Not my style at all. It's a World Cup memento apparently (which I'm not a fan)... and it looks like a guy's hat anyway. 

Koku Pouch... another sell or giveaway. It's navy with yellow raffia and a plexiglass shark. I honestly have nothing I can do with this..... It was handmade in Greece which is neat... but not my style. 

Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration SPF 30... not necessarily lux, but I'll definitely be using it on vaca in a few weeks! 

Organic Shave Gel by Surya Brasil... I used this product this morning and really liked it! It's also vegan and all natural! 

Joico K-Pak Intense Hydrator... I also used this this morning and liked it a lot! It smells nice and seemed to work well. 

Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray.... Not sure how often I'll use this product..... may give this away..... 

Calvin Klein Lipstick... I received this in the shade Speakeasy. It's a dark red/maroon kind of shade. I was afraid it wouldn't look good on me, but it actually isn't bad at all! I'll keep using it. 

Formula X Nail Lacquer in Push the Limits. I really like the look of this shade! I'm excited to use it. And I've used Formula X before... it seems to be a good brand from Sephora. I just painted my toes the other night, but I'm tempted to start over with this one! 

Palm Tree Print Clutch from Print All Over Me.... The only thing I'll probably use this for is carrying toiletries on vacation..... I can't see using it as an actual clutch. 

Red Flower Italian Blood Orange Refreshing Hand and Face Towelette... I haven't used this yet... thinking maybe I will some night after the zoo. 

A shoe desk ornament from Brazilian shoe designer Melissa. I'll see how it looks on my desk.... I wanted a heel, but I guess a flat is more appropriate since that's all I wear. lol And I would actually wear this shoe in real life! It's cute!

Ella In Ear Headphones from Frends.... I'm not a huge fan of this type of headphone...... but I'll give it a shot. They look really nice!

Nest Fragrances Candle in Sicilian Tangerine... I'll use this at some point... it smells really nice!

I also received a code for a free Otterbox Symmetry iphone case. It's in the design Brazilian Pop which is pictured in one of the top photos.

Overall I enjoyed this box... again, not one of my favorites, but there's still several items I do like and will use.

Spring Nina Garcia and FabFitFun

I'm SO excited! My spring boxes from Nina Garcia and FabFitFun came earlier than expected!!! I'll go through FabFitFun first.

I'm just ok with this box. I think I'm ok with it enough to keep my sub to it for now. 

I was completely unexcited about the Kai perfume oil. I got the same thing in one of my PopSugar boxes and didn't like it. It didn't smell good on me at all. I actually just traded it with someone for something they had. Now I have another that I may try to sell. 

Cover FX SPF 30 Protection Primer... I'm excited to try this! Looks like a great product! 

Merrithew Mini Stability Ball and DVD... I can't say I was too excited about another exercise ball. But we'll see how it goes. It's the tiniest ball I've ever seen for exercise! So it might be interesting. 

Dermasuri Deep Exfoliating Mitt... I'm kind of excited to try this as well. 

Cult Gaia Turband... I badly wanted to be able to wear this... but I just can't. I can't pull it off. But someone will get good use out of it. I'm giving it to my coworker's daughter who loves this style! 

Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Shampoo Invisible Spray... I haven't used many dry shampoos. The only ones I've tried I didn't like from Birchbox. So I'll give this one a go sometime. 

Level Naturals Shower Bomb... I originally wasn't too excited about this. But I tried one yesterday and loved it!! It was sooooo relaxing. So I just might buy more sometime. Even with spelling errors on their box.

The Better Chip Spinach and Kale with Sea Salt... I am excited to try these! I've been looking for a good kale chip. So I'm hoping this one is good.

Now for my favorite box... Nina Garcia Quarterly! This was her 5th Anniversary box and did not disappoint! 

I love how everything is individually wrapped in her box. Even though I knew what I was getting from spoilers, it felt like Christmas unwrapping it all! 

C Wonder Bangle... I love this! It's so pretty and I'm glad I got this variation because I love the bling! Even my mom liked this and that's saying something! 

A t-shirt from Spenglish that says Muy Cool.... I just don't know on this one. Not my style. 

What do you think? Meh.... It makes me look wider than I am. No thanks. Plus, it has a hole in it. And it isn't worth it to me to contact Quarterly about it. 

Revive's Moisturizing Renewal Serum... this is a small bottle of it, but I really like it! I've used it the last couple of nights and it's pretty nice stuff! 

Charming Charlie wallet... It's a pretty cute little wallet! I have a Coach wallet, but since I got this I thought I might as well use it for awhile. I don't like that it doesn't really have a closure... so hopefully it won't annoy me too quickly. Because it really is cute.  This style is actually sold out on the site too! 

Lafco Fresh Cut Gardenia soap.... I've been enjoying this as well! I'm not usually a bar soap fan... but this is a nice one! And it's huge! Very strong scent too. It's in my shower and I can smell it down the hall! 

Sample size of Tom Ford's newest perfume Jasmin Rouge. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm excited to! 

Philosophy Time in a Bottle.... I haven't used this yet or before, but I've heard good things! And I do love Philosophy products. 

 Laura Mercier Bonne Mine Compact... oh my goodness I am so excited to try this! It's for creating a fresh spring glow. And it has cards that tell you exactly where and how to apply it all. Also, 100% of the proceeds from this go toward the Laura Mercier Ovarian Cancer Fund. 

Donkey Co Special Nina Edition of Pret-a-Porter... this looks fun! I've seen these before with other people on them. Cute! 

X-Pen Ballpoint Pen and Graphic Image Pocket Notes Notebook.... I'm not sure what I'll use the notebook for... but maybe I'll find something soon. The pen writes so nicely! I love it. 

Sara Beltran Sterling Silver Shark Tooth Necklace... this is different.... I'm not sure how much I'll wear this either..... but we'll see! 

OPI in a shade that was exclusively for this box! Called Greenade by #NG. It's quite the green! I put it on my toes.... and I think that's probably what I'll keep it to. It's kind of fun there... on my fingers I'm just not so sure. 

Happy Chic Frame by Jonathan Adler... I love chevron and this is a nice frame. It's got a few scuffs but they aren't too noticeable. It'll look nice whenever I move out! 

Fausto Puglisi Collage... I just don't even know. 

And of course, the March edition of Marie Claire!

That is a GREAT value for the price! Nina's box is $100 per quarter. If you choose any sub box, pick Nina's! Her's completely blows all others out of the water. Other boxes should take notes from her. It's a great mix of fashion, makeup and home products. SO GOOD!
